Professional Experience

Ross is a professional facilitator. He has facilitated many group problem solving workshops, public fora, project and organisational planning and formal value management workshops across Australia and New Zealand.

Ross’ experience has been underpinned with a background in government project development and delivery together with a number of special assignments in the lead up to and preparation of two Australian Olympic bids.

The subjects of Ross’ facilitation commissions have been from a wide variety of multi-million dollar infrastructure projects including major civil, architectural and building related projects as well as studies on strategic planning, capital works programs, organisational systems, business strategies and policy development.

In the specialist area of Value Management Ross has received Practitioner Endorsement by the professional body, The Institute of Value Management Australia Inc and over recent years his track record extends to facilitation, management and reporting on over 130 formal workshops.

Additionally Ross participates in the teaching and delivery of Professional development programs, lectures and Familiarisation short courses in Professional Facilitation and Value Management.
