Professional Experience
Chris is a professional facilitator with extensive
experience in managing and conducting various workshop processes
including strategic planning, risk management and value management
workshops.
Chris's career has developed from a civil engineering
background that included private and public sector experience
in project and program management. Chris involvement in managing
and facilitating group problem solving workshops commenced
in the early 1990's when he joined a specialist unit in the
NSW Department of Public Works and Services and has continued
since joining ACVM in early 2000.
Chris has been involved in a large number of
facilitated workshops for a range of private and public sector
clients. Facilitation commissions have been awarded for a
wide variety of multi-million dollar infrastructure projects
including major civil, architectural and building projects
as well as studies for strategic planning, capital works programs,
organisational reviews, business strategy development and
policy development.
Chris has been awarded with the Graduate
Certificate in Human Resources Development for Value Management
Facilitators and was part of the NSW Public Works Value Management
Team presented with the Inaugural Award for Public Sector
Evaluation and Methodologies by the Australasian Evaluation
Society.
The Institute of Value Management Australia
has awarded him Practitioner Endorsement.
