Cancellations

Any registrant unable to attend may be replaced by your substitute at any time prior to commencement of the course. Should cancellation occur one month prior to commencement of the course, a full refund will apply. Cancellations occurring between one month and two weeks inclusive will attract a 50% refund. Should cancellation occur within two weeks of the course no refund will be made although a substitute will always be permitted.

Once your registration has been received an invoice will be issued to you for the course fee.

Fees: The fee covers all course materials, morning/afternoon teas and lunches.

In addition to quoted course fees, courses delivered within Australia will attract a Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
