ACVM’s team was involved in value management studies for almost all facilities that were to be established for the 2000 Olympic and then Para-Olympic Games – with some significant value improvements recognised and also some important strategic changes – keeping the games preparations on track and enabling the facilities to deliver to a world class standard.
Athlete and Media accommodations, transport planning, stadiums, arenas, playing (and practice) fields, Sydney Olympic Park based and the many dispersed events facilities – all tested at concept and schematic design with multi-disciplinary teams reporting to the Olympic Coordination Authority.
