ACVM provided assistance to Justice Infrastructure’s rapid build prisons projects.

Guidance for the ECI workshops and protocols which were held in June 2016 - workshop purpose statements and outline agenda as well as preparation tasks of the contractors and the design and program procurement team - to align with agreed probity protocols; Facilitation of the ECI workshops - Four half-day sessions - as well as documentation of the outputs of each workshop - delivery of draft workshop outputs for reference and validation with the contractors as well as Justice Infrastructure; Preparation of a consolidated set of opportunities and issues - from the 4 ECI sessions and subsequent Q&A for review by Justice Infrastructure’s design consultants and program procurement team to decide final inclusions for the tender package; Contributed to a consolidated procurement strategy paper based on industry feedback from the ECI sessions. This was facilitated and documented using a two-person team, working within a tight timeframe.
